ideal water parameters

Having seen the articles by Mike about mud pond water in Niigata, and the thread below asking about clay.....it begs the question What is the ideal water, in terms of salts and minerals, for a closed nishikigoi pond system with "articial" filtration and aeration? I know at least one person who has taken some samples of some Niigata mud pond water and analized it. Is anyone willing or able to publish the analysis results from such ponds? Naturally the name of the breeder who owns the pond should be kept confidential.
