Gentlemen,

You must remember that whilst we may be eager and enthusastic koi hobbyist we are not all endowed with chemistry backgrounds or educations.

Thus, for me, your offering a simple clear reply which leads me (as well as, any other hobbyist now reading this site) to find an affordable source for calcium bentonite for their fish and their pond - is the ONLY avenue I am seeking in this post. And, the only quest I am now hoping to share with my fellow koi hobbyists.

Therefore, if the chemistry which is indicated in my above post is not perfect or right, 'please' just tell me. And, if by the odd chance it is right and you would recommend it, just tell me - that. O'k?

And/or, if you know of a reliable resource which would provide us all with an affordable superior source for calcium bentonite clay in quantities significantly less than the truck load - for our fish and fish ponds, please also share that information with me/us too.
