Yes, Nishikigoi farmers Mark. Thanks for the response. Large scale operations can be hard to fathom. I can compare your information with a channel catfish farm I visited in Alabama that produced one million pounds and have a better understanding of the scope of these adventures your photographing. With cats at 60 cents a pound lets say, I wonder what nishikigoi averages a pound.
