There are many Murphy relatives from Casey and Adair counties in Kentucky that trace back to a Greenberry Middleton Murphy (1829-1910) who was born in Fentress, TN. His father is thought to be William Murphy, mother was Priscilla Patton. Greenberry had a brother named Andrew J Murphy born 1826. Greenberry married Charlotte Huddleston - we all have the Huddleston book, but it just does the Huddleston lineage; we're looking to research where the Murphy's came from. Would anyone know where I can begin my search to find out more info on these people? We would really appreciate it!
