Charles Preston Beaty (Press) was born 9-12-1887 and died 5-19-1957. He married Martha Esther Owens. I do not know the number of children they had, but I have read many times it was enough to have their on school. They are also famous for going to New York City for the premier of the movie Sergeant York. I saw photos of that event along with some of the family in the Fentress Courier recently. There are numerous members of that line living in Fentress County now. One of his great grand-daughters married my son. I would think the local telephone book would be a good place to start.
