Do you know of a Leon South married to a Lena Gass? I'm not sure these are there "real" names but they are listed in my grandmothers bible as her parents. My grandmother went my the name of Lula but my dad said her first name was actually Malinda. She married Baalam Cole and lived in Franklin County.
I have been stuck at this brick wall, it seems, forever on the South side of the family.
Any info you can share to point me any direction would be greatly appreciated.
