I am looking for information on my great- grandmother. She had passed away before my mother knew her and I am finding only documented information about her. Her name was Canzada Pierce. She was the child of Peter and Mary Pierce born Dec. 1891. Her brothers were William J., Joe D., Prentice M, John, and Oakley. Peter's mother was Annie Pierce. They lived in the Red Hill area. Canzada was married to Levi Clayborn 4-5-1912. She then was married to John Foister Beaty (dobJune 1878) about 1914. After the 1920 census I can find no documented evidence of her. The oral history of the family is that she died around the time my grandmother as 8-10 years of age. Any help would be appreciated. Please e-mail me.
