I am looking for information on Joel Atkinson (b. abt. 1780 d. abt. 1840). I believe he was born in Virginia and died in Banner Springs, TN. He is said to be burried in Rotten Fork Cemetery. Any information on Joel or the cemetary would be appreciated. I think his wife was Sarah Standley.
