I never liked the Juno G but, I can tell you I fell in love with the 305 right away- even through the lock ups. All I can say now is that making music has become a nightmare using this keyboard. It changes pattern from the one I'm writing to a preset on a whim. It sometimes takes a hundred passes to record the beginning of a phrase on a pattern your recording. it still locks up if you try cross its tempermental limit. Its buttons decide on its own terms when to work. Then its very annoying when all the lights light up the sequencer even when I haven't recorded in them. Whats realy a b###h is when what I've recorded starts playing from the patch next to it or adopts its efects settings. I loved th ease I used to have making beats with it. Now I'm crushed, I learned how to make music with her and she's too much to put up with. I'm looking into a Triton and I'll just sample the drum sounds from the 305.
GOOD LUCK~
