Hi Aaron, this may not be the ideal way to solve the problem but I would look for a second unit and just keep it for spares.
It'll most likely cost you a load more $$$ to get it repaired at Roland USA and a second unit will have more spares for future problems that you may encounter.
Here in the UK Roland can be expensive when things go wrong. The 305 is almost ten years old so things will get worse for them as time moves on.
