The only way I know to back up the JX is to find an old Smartmedia 5Volt 4Mb (or2Mb) card. * Beware you MUST use a 5Volt card!!* Do not use the more common types. Now these cards are very hard to find since they were discontinued. I was able to find one on Ebay from Canada at $100+ ! It sounds like a lot, but losing all your settings can cost you much more, especially if you intend to use your music professionally or semi-professionally. Think of all the hours you put into it! Sorry I do not have a 5Volt card to sell, but scan Ebay and best of luck!
