ok , well its a long time since you posted this but hope someone mite find this usefull, ok, its not possible to do the sandstorm sound as the jx doesnt have the required waveform, BUT, here are the settings for my own version of it, its not great but it does its job, and its LOUD so be warned !
Start with a nice unaltered patch (U:C26) is a good start should be (mega 5th) where not mentioned all other settings are default:
