I have had this workstation for over 6 years, no problems at all. But one day all my patterns had the wrong sounds!!! i did a factory reset....but no change. So i decided to update the JX-305 software through MIDI. On MIDI file nr.13 (isn´t that typical) the LCD displayed an MIDI ERROR! and my JX-305 was frosen! I tried EVERYTHING!!! before I was forced to turn it off, and now when turn it on, the LCD only displays black square´s in the upper row and only light in the lower! And "BEAT" LED is always lit (orange)!
Does anyone know a solution to this problem?
