I'm really sorry but I forgot to talk about 1 major step before doing any of that. Go right back before step 1, and MAKE SURE your group setup is set to user. Both preset and user groups use the same bank numbers. If you have a track recorded in user bank number UA11, but you record that in preset A11 mode ,even if user is selected, it won't work. Another tip, hold down shift and turn the dial to quickly browse through menu's etc
