Hi Rocky, I have taken mine apart, and I can't find a battery you can reset. Anything more than that is beyond my capabilities. :-( How old is yours? Mine is 5-6 years. Basically I bought it within the first 2 months after it was released. Let me know how much you have to pay for repair. I can't afford to get mine repaired at the moment.
