The Wisconsin engines site is currently down. I hope it comes back, but if not, there are some other places that have the part.
Basically the new part number system uses the old number system and adds some characters to the front, so the number cast on the filler block should get you to the right part.

Oh, my engine's filler block was badly bent and when I called around for used ones, the used ones were all bent as well, so I think that must be a common problem.
Jesse will confirm that my FC engine leaked so much oil that there was some question about the drain plug being installed. When I had it parked at his place for the roundup a few years back, it left quite a puddle.
The new filler block and associated stuff (guard) brought the leak rate down to a few drops a week.
I recall installing the stuff with the engine still in place needed 8 hands and some "hard tack" gasket sealer to hold all "900 pieces" in place.
