Hi George, I tried to work up a cable too, but the fixation device was 7 inches from each end of the cable.....I could not find room to attach it on the tunnel end. There is enough room though for another rod. I have pics of the tunnel end, and will heat and bend the other end hopefully this weekend and get some pics. hunt down another transfer case rod....it will take two, also find the TC shifter lever as it takes two cuts to make it work. I also have made a template to locate the tunnel cutouts, if your heater box is out, as it locates on the two heater hose holes. save the little shift rod brackets under the tunnel, and it will look factory stock!
