The 4 cylinder used in the 150 is the same as the CJ. The early frames 1957 were narrow wheel base and were CJ's
The 170 shared parts with the truck and the 226 engine was used in the wagons as well.
In short, the jeep specialty websites will have parts that are common to Willys and jeep
Rot is the biggest challenge. So look carefully at any one you want to buy. I've seen FCs with so much rot and bondo that fixing it would be next to impossible.
