The spring eye is a different story. I bought P/N CB1419-20 which has a 7/8 id and a 1 3/16 od. I had to turn 1/32 off the OD to make it work. I have a lathe, so its not a big deal.
The price on these bearings is pretty low. I think that you can find the correct bushing for the spring eye at walack's. They are over $20 and for the truck. I didn't find anything for the shackles.
Finally, check the rear springs and I bet they're as worn. Death wobble and steering issues can also be caused by loose rear components.
