So I took the oil pan off to find that maybe it isn't the crankshaft seal leaking. When the engine was rebuilt they left the round rubber seals on the main bearing cap protrude further than the pan gasket could seal.
I look at every thing when I have the opportunity. I saw the oil pickup moves in it's mount and wondered if there was an "O" ring in there. I did a search and found this link.

My engine runs fine. However, I disassembled the pickup and found the same results as in the link.
