" Frame off" started.
Original frame was shot. I purchased a really nice frame, sand blasted, added some reinforcement,, primered with epoxy and painted with black ploy overcoat. Removed rear end and front end. Completely rebuilt all 4; 8 leaf springs, blasted, new everything. New Unbolts, everything cleaned and painted.
Rear end. New bearings, axle seals, nuts and all new brakes. Only thing used was backing plates and I completely rebuilt those. New everything, nothing reused. I mean new springs, clips and adjusters. EVERYTHING!
New shocks, Unbolts, nuts. New E Brake cable
Front end. Rebuilt knuckles, bearings, shims, all bolts and seals new. New knuckle seals, everything new.
Just ordered new steering system complete (Box is still old box) All new joints.
Body. Had rusted corners, I have a perfect set of used corners. Front window rust. I have a very nice top clip, that provides front posts and new front window frame.
Comes with a new front window. All other glass is complete accept for one side door glass. Motor is out, (Ran fine when removed, smoked a bit) ready for rebuild but has a new carb. Xfer case, and tranny seemed to be in good shape. I have all old parts including original bolts. Every bolt I replaced is grade 5 or higher.
Doors open and close fine, ashtray and all other options are there including window washers.
Cab is off, but is on a "Roller setup" to allow easy movement and loading.
This is FC has a factor flat bed, very well made, nice welds, nice clean lines. It has twin and very unique saddle tanks, one is for storage, one gas. Fits the bed really nice.

Comes with two stock wheels with 3/4 tread. The fronts are spoke (not very nice) and the tires are for rolling only on the front.
