I used to do this for a living. Too many miles on my butt to keep it going, but it was fun while it lasted.
If you want someone to handle the move try my friend Dave @ Transport Masters (561) 482-7789 and he can arrange the whole thing. He takes a deposit of $150 when the move is booked with one of his trucks, and the remainder is paid @ delivery. Super-easy.
I have an M-38A1 on one of his trucks right now somewhere between BFUtah and PA.
