Gas Cap for my FC-150

Hi all, Have to replace my "Unvented" gas cap with a vented one. Seems that the tank is holding too much pressure and makes the engine run rich sometimes. Anyone else had or have this problem? The reason I put a shiny chrome unvented cap was that the vented locking cap was sending gas fumes in my garage when it is hot in there. (I live in Florida). Also when I filled the tank up the other day and left the jeep in the driveway, the cap started leaking fuel on the ground. Would a vented cap correct these problems? Thanks, Gary.
