Not seeing the tour jeep and getting to inspect it I'm only doing what I think will be best. I'm removing the bed from frame as it was told to me the trucks were patched alot. The truck I'm using has a good motor and has no Jim bob frame repair as most of my parts trucks have. My cab I'm putting under the knife has little or no rust. No dents. Just normal door return damage. After talking to Craig and Jessy they said most of the trucks have been wore out and swaped out several times. I'm putting my guys on sign work as that pays the bills. I'm glad to have some of that since last month we built a snow cone truck a cj7 and got a 170 road worthy enough to drive to work and back. I'm starting on this truck here in Texas cuz it's here and in good shape. I know you guys are all scared of what and how I'm going to do this truck. You have every reason to think I'll have a 36" jack in the box head on a spring ridding on the roof since all you have seen me do is a crazy jack in the box snow cone truck. Let me put your minds at rest over this piece of Americana i purchased. It's going back original except for the lettering. I'm not getting out the brush I'm inthe graphics trade and it will be close but my wife has something to say about that. As i do what I do for a living I have access to several body shops that need signs as I need a jeep painted. This thing may not be ready but it will be close. Plan on Colorado for sure. Still like plumbing and sound on mr treat. Have to Finnish that truck first. Jason

: Jason is still so full, of that new FC-Owner
: excitement, he is putting on that pressure
: all by himself, he is all set to put it on
: another chassis they are already getting
: ready. I think the Tour Jeep looks fine just
: the way it is, If Jason did nothing else it
: is still Most Excellent as it is.
: I agree, it is a special piece of FC
: history, that Craig brought back, and now
: another one. Last nght I talked to the wife
: of the older son of the the people that
: owned and operated, these Tour Jeeps, she
: has some pictures and is looking for some
: more pictures to be Scanned.

: News Flash,
: How small is this world?
: Today, with the Tour Jeep on my trailer, I
: met and talked to some of local, forever,
: long time
: residents in the small AZ town of Buckeye,
: AZ. Amazingly, one of them, I visited with,
: is a member of the original family of the
: Arizona people, that years ago, wanting to
: get away from the summer heat, they
: originally built the Colorado Mountain
: Lodge, and they are also, who actually built
: these Scenic Tour Jeeps.
: Another man, that recognized this Tour
: Truck, he looked familiar, His is brother is
: married to my friend, Dana's Sister, his
: Dad, once owned Mark Robbin's DRW. And
: another guy that knew of this Tour Jeep,
: went to high school with FC Owner, Jack
: Rayner, Of Ehrinburg, AZ.
: Funny thing is they all asked me, if I knew
: the guy in Phoenix, that own's the black 4
: door FC.
:
: Jason,
: Your new MOST EXCELLENT project, Scenic Tour
: Jeep #3 is now in my driveway.
: You have plenty of time to bring it back to
: life, I would like to see it here at the
: next Roundup, to be with Craig's Tour Jeep.
: After really looking at this thing, I know
: you can make it happen, you have until the
: end of March to bring it back to PHX. I
: think that it is a realistic expectation?
: You or Craig can Post the new pictures, I
: just sent You.
