Sorry no, it is even more specific, than it appears, your 58 Narrow track FC-150, has only one junk yard replacement option, that is from another FC-150 narrow track, 57-58 are narrow tracks, the rubber body mounts on the wide track are different and the mounting area is also different, they are not the same frames or bodies, 59-64 wide tracks have the body sitting a little taller, the narrow track radiator fits the narrow track like a glove, and it uses small thin body mounts, I have tried to use a wide track radiator in a narrow track and it is taller in the narrow track frame, it hits the tunnel, on the different tunnel on the narrow track. Nothing from anything else fits in that space unless it is custom made, notice that the FC-150 has two outlets both on top,
no other vehicle has the water go down the radiator and come back up.
