I had a socket and good sized 1/2 ratchet with no movement at all? It has been running fine. not strange sounds and always starts right up. However the choke was stuck open,(that's why it didin't start right up) so it may be flooded. You would think if there was enough gas in the cyl to hydraulic lock it that I would smell gas but it doesn't smell like gas at all? really strange. Could a stuck valve cause it??? Thanks, Dan.
