You're welcome Ed. Judging by the NW meet and greet it seemed the 225 is a good candidate for swapping into a 150 in place of the F-head. I don't know how well it would work in a 170 being a heavier truck. The 59-62 226 specs were HP105@3600rpm & TQ-190@1400rpm. The 225 specs are HP160@4200 & TQ-235@2400rpm. As you can tell the HP and TQ numbers vary but more importantly is where those numbers come in at for each engine. The V6 makes more power at a higher RPM where the 226 makes it's power down low iin the RPM range. I found all this info at Off-road.com. The search terms were "jeep 225 engine" and "jeep 226 engine"
