I have a early cooling tunnel FC-170 and have put a couple thousand miles on it in the past year without a heating problem yet. All stock setup except it has the 6 blade fan which was common on most FC-170's anyway. I get many questions on the brakes too. With a all new system I haven't had a lick of trouble either with 12 passengers or on a mountain trail above 13,000' in elevation with 6 passengers.
