The secret is pressure. I made a puller out of some stuff laying around the shop. Three u-bolts spaced around a disc of metal that gives a constant pull on the wheel. Drop a metal slug down the hole in the center of the wheel to give you something to push off of without messing up the steering shafts threads and you're good to go.
