Rocky,
Maybe you could open your account through a brokerage like Scottrade or Fidelity? Its been my experence that banks dont always have your better interests at hand, nor do they have very good investments- compared to the excellent mutual funds available through the brokers mentioned above. Check out a broker and tell what you think...
