Who dealt with McManus UK Ltd.?

Did you deal with the McManusUkLtd group? I do have an invitation to join a HYP program, but not enought cash. I have been offered funding by the McManus people against payment of a fee and not on a joint venture basis. This is why I want to find out if anybody has experience with this group?
