I am also a beginning iaidoka. My sempai recommended Tozando to me. I was really pleased with their selection and authenticity. The authenticity, however, comes at a price. Money-wise I think it is not a problem because Tozando has proven to be very reliable with product performance so you know that you are getting what you paid for. The real price is the WAITING. Once you order a sword, Tozando may have to make it for you, which could take somewhere around three weeks. After that they will ship it, sending it through whatever customs required for out-of-country shipping. For example, my iaito came 2 months after I ordered it.
