I am looking for the best foldedsteel forger out there.

I am looking to get a Japenese Folded Steel Katana set, of the highest quality. I want it to be the strongest, most durable, sharpest sword out there. I am willing to pay as much as it costs. I was hoping that I could get some direction in who to go to, to forge me such wepons.
