Have you tried Las Vegas Shotokan? Rey Breganza of Las Vegas Shotokan was active with the JKI prior to Ozawa Shihan's death in 1998. I have lost track of him since then, but understand that his cousin, Tawatao Sensei is now chief instructor at the dojo.
