It was the place he used to go when he was a pup all the time, left to fend for himself here, made his first marks here, and was sure he had met Valora here too, but nothing seemed familiar anymore.
He was the same stubborn brute as he was before only because of killing a pup, like a new pride lion to the old pride lions cubs, he was now a monster. Didnt feel like a monster, he thought as he sulked around the lake, kicking the stones as he passed them.
Shatter was a personality in and out. He was almost completely hairless, aside from the fur that had been out of reach on his back and tail, he certainly looked like a monster. Everyone was certain he'd be dead by now but with his rationing of cutting, he managed to regain his blood before he made another mark. It had been a week since he last done it.... shaking like an addict, itching to do it again. Now that the memories flowed and the boredom began... it didnt take long before he was leaving small dropless of blood on the shore.
The pain didnt phase him, nothing did really, nothing except for the annoyance of others. It got to his core and he had to wrinkle his nose at the thought, almost growling lowly in his throat, looking like a lunatic. He didnt care... he was getting his fix. Finally hopping up on a large smooth stone laying partly in the shallow surf. He sat there... bleeding from his legs...pathedicly, gazing around him with emotionless golden orbs.
