Katannah had been silent several months after the explosion of the mountain. Having completely distance herself from what was that life she'd found a redeeming partner in Endless. He'd been catching her meals and she'd been using him to train in fighting. There were a few new scars on the winged wolf fey as she came over the horizon.
Katannah had released herself from her old life...even though her son Blade inhabited the same pack as she. He treated her as a total stranger and that was fine with her. She wasn't the same wolf that birth him...She wasn't the same that had met Knives...and he owed her nothing. Having said her peace to San and Terazis and Jadden finding their own way with no interference or guidance Katannah cared not where anyone ever ended...Knives and his four pups were no longer apart of her...Katannah had never had pups...or at least that is what she'd given herself to believe.
Endless has only known Katannah since he was hatched in the flower beds of the Coral Flower pack. He had only seen her and imprinted on her sight her smell and her voice. There was no other that could ever rear or use this creature and yet he didn't care much for the land he was born.
The pair was strolling to simply stroll it was the first time since the mountain explosion she'd been out of hiding. With Cortana still within the pack life on the mountain seemed to have gone back to normal. Life seem to have forgotten and forgiven the fey.
