The red and white pup stalked much like a large cat, fiery eyes holding their menace. The white of her eyebrows only accentuated the emotion of annoyance on her face, one white lip lifted slightly in a silent snarl. Akira's firey red-orange paws beat slowly on the moist banking of the river, their ond white strip sepparating them from the brilliant red of her coat above. The pup's tail flicked back and forth slowly like a cat, white fringe bouncing slightly with the movement. On on of her white cheeks, there was a muddy paw print, smeared off towards her nose... The gift from her sister.
Obviosly, the pup was too young to be on her own. Akira was growing hungry, but didn't want to go back to her family... Not yet... Not ever, but she knew she must in order to survive. Growling to herself, the pup looked up from her path, red-orange eyes fixing on a large green cat before her not far off. Suddenly she braced herself, crouching down, letting out a large snarl and showing all her teeth.
