Kage leaned over to Hayden and nuzzled her a little roughly. Drawing back to look her in the eyes, he spoke quietly. "Thanks, Hayden. I can't imagine how hard this is for you." He gave her an appriciative smile, then shot his gaze in the direction the falcon had disappeared to. He wondered what shape his friend was in and what had become of his female friend. The thought of seeing his long lost buddy again made him almost quiver with excitement. He trotted forward a few paces, then looked back to his mate with a smile. "Shall we?"
