He was a blur, nothing but a flowing shadow soaring through the undergrowth of the forest that bordered the water. Black Rain surged at the riverbank without slowing pace and launched himself out into the water. Landing with a splash, the large black brute swam back to the bank, powerful muscles heaving against the current.
