Red Carpet: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm An area will be designated during this hour for all media to interview and take pictures of artists. All artists will be present for this session. III. HHHHA Awards Ceremony: 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm ($10.00 admission) The moment we are all waiting for will begin with an hour of performances by local and national artists. The Awards presentations will follow thereafter as we announce the 2003 Achievement Award nominees and winners. Live performances will also be a part of the ceremony. IV.
