Evertt Thank you so much for the information, I have shared it with my relatives. It is much appreciated. Anton Christian Tjaden from ex 2 is the primary individual of interest in the area I grew up. His son Wilke, born in 1818, his son Anton, whose son Wilke was my grandfather. Then his daughter Viola who married Fred Gerdes-these are my parents now deceased.
Harm, from gott 2, daughter Margaret married John Remmers-grandson Marvin Pollman is my age, he has been to Germany to visit relatives a couple of times. Thier Pollman relatives live in Strackholt. He visits with Anton in Westersander and they communicate by phone
I have allways dreamed of visiting that area but age is becomeing a factor. Once again thanks so much for your efforts. Gerald
