Thanks for posting.
It would be helpfull if you supplied a few more details. The only thing we know now is that your name is Jeremey (probably Tjaden?) and "humboldt ne" which maybe is a place somewhere in the world?
Do you know names of grandparents, parents, family members. Did you look through the family trees? Do you know places people lived?
