Joyce, Your description sounds like the Ma Tau-wei civilian internment Camp, which was established late in the war at Ma Tau Chung and held a mixture of people, including the Peveril-Guests. Your grandmother was presumably Consuelo Delgado y Perez! A Scottish (?) woman who : conducted mass exercise classes every : morning for the whole camp.
