I have the updated Rules & Regs available in Word Perfect and Word format and have also created a rough HTML format - saved from Word so it lost some of the linking from the table of contents down to the sections, etc. I'd be happy to help you with completing the HTML file if you'd like.
I spoke with Milton Hall today who indicated that you had a copy of the Port Authority Rules & Regulations online at your site. A quick Google search lead me to http://curriernh.home.comcast.net/paregs.html. However, the copy of the regs that Barbara Boggiano sent me (most recent update April 3, 2003), the ones you have online are an outdated version (dated February 7, 1997).
