I belong to the International Subvets based out of the UK. Every year they hold a convention and next year it will be in Odessa,Ukraine. I would like to get two or three guys together and attend. Submariners from all over the world will be there including those who served the USSR. I have researched transportation and the most econimical and interesting way is to travel by train from London or Berlin. There are very comfortable sleepers on this route complete with bar car. Anyone interested?
