Jim, There is a new service that will soon be available for goat owners looking for goats. The website is called GoatFinder.com. They have a service to sell goats and also have a link for you to be notified when the new service of GoatWanted becomes available.
Write to them at:
info@goatfinder.com and in the subject line write:
Goat Wanted Service Notification
They will notify you when this service is available.
