bottle feeding baby goats

I've been reading up on feeding baby goats. We were given one to bottle feed that is about a week or so old.It was one of triplets. My questions are;1.Since it had it's Mother for nearly a week, I'm having a hard time getting it to take the bottle.It is eating or taking some of the milk by me squeezing the bottle and she drinks some that way.Suggestions?2.Do I have to make her go poop or will she do it on her own?
