I've got a kid doe from the 2004 crop that has an abnormal breathing pattern. She breaths in short rapid shallow breaths. I've been treating her for what I think is lungworms with Cydectin and Ivomec but to no avail. Temps are fine and all other signs are OK. Will lungworms show in fecal tests? I was told that sometimes they don't. If she had lungworms does it limit their lung capacity for life? I really don't want to cull this doe because she's developing a really nice fleece and is what we're breeding towards. I need to know before I plan on including her in this years breeding program.
Thanks
Dave H.
