This year the Vt Sheep and Wool Festival's featured breed is the Angora Goat. October 2 and 3, 2004 at the Champlain Valley Expo in Essex Junction VT. Saturday 10-5, Sunday 10-4. Sheep and Goat breed displays, as well as Llamas, Alpacas, and Rabbits. Special Angora goat show, fleece and mohair contest. Shearing and sheepdog herding demonstrations. Spinning and Weaving demonstrations. Over 60 vendors. fun for the whole family during peak foliage season in the beautiful Champlain Valley area of Vermont.
