Use the Ivomec Pour on at the rate of 1cc/20lbs for mom and take a cotton ball for the baby and put some ivomec on it and rub in the armpits, groin area (this is usually where the lice are on babys) and rub it onto the backline then keep an eye on baby.. to make sure it killed the lice.. use a very small amount to start. then you can always repeat if it doesnt kill them in a few days.. But adding too much on that small a baby can do more harm than good.. make sure to dewrom all moms the day after kidding.. they usually have a population of wormload explosion after kidding.. deworming any baby under 4 weeks old is useless.. it takes that long for the larvae to develop so keep that in mind as well.. I use safeguard on babies.. for the first worming.. because it also gets tapeworms and I have had babies with tapes.. especially if you have dogs..
hope this helps..
